Innovative Real Estate Asset Managers.
The partners founded Squarestone Growth LLP in 2015, building a UK regional office and industrial portfolio by single asset acquisition before selling out to two listed companies for just under a combined £300 million in 2021.
Over the last few years we have successfully utilised our skills in asset management with a particular expertise in Regional offices to help other landlords. We are currently not direct investors and offer a conflict free advisory service by a team who have been there and done that with our own money.
Who we are.
We are commercial property office specialists, helping owners maximise the income and returns from their portfolios across the UK Regions.
