Owner: Private family Trust
Size: £60 million
Porfolio: Mixed use commercial & residential portfolio from London to Edinburgh.
Remit: Long term asset management of the portfolio to provide solid returns to the shareholders.
Current status: 97% occupied!

The House Portfolio
Owner: Private bank
Size: £15 million
Portfolio: 4 office pavilions in England & Scotland
Remit: Properties taken out of administration. Stabilise the assets, undertake asset management strategy, get them to at least 90% let and in a position to be sold.
Current status: Stabilised, under refurbishment and letting up.

Owner: Longstock Capital
Size: 80,000 sqft
Portfolio: 2 office Assets in Aberdeen
Remit: Day to day asset management
Current status: We have rebranded one asset, finished the refurb started by previous owner and launched it to market. The other asset is in the design and planning stage…watch this space.
