Robert’s career spans over 33 years in both commercial and residential real estate.

During this time he has worked across a wide range of development and investment management opportunities, and has worked jointly with long-term business partner Tim Barlow for the past 25 years.

Robert focuses primarily on strategy and business generation. During his time with Tim he has been instrumental in setting up the F15 Partnership, Squarestone Central London LP, Squarestone Atlantic Regeneration, Squarestone Brasil, Squarestone Growth LLP, and HUB Living.

Tim has over 35 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate.

For the last 25 years, he has worked across a broad range of investment activities with long-time business partner Robert Sloss. During this time, the pair successfully created the F15 Partnership, Squarestone Central London LP, Squarestone Atlantic Regeneration, Squarestone Brasil, Squarestone Growth LLP, and HUB Living.

Tim focuses on matters associated with fund structuring, real estate transactions and matters of compliance and project delivery.

Paul has over 25 years experience in commercial and residential real estate. Having started his career at Global advisors Cushman & Wakefield, Paul founded Navigate North Asset Management  2010 looking after London based Institutional and private clients’ Northern assets before co-founding Squarestone Asset Management in 2015 with Robert Sloss & Tim Barlow.

Over the last few years he has secured  multiple UK wide asset management mandates for a variety of clients. A huge advocate of offices Paul is often in the major press and on social media talking about the benefits of Regional offices, with the occasional TV appearance too!

Paul is responsible for leading the asset management and acquisitions teams across all of Squarestone Asset Managements multiple client portfolios.
